Server up and down

The server keeps on going up and then it goes down again.
I haven't been able to access my cpanel at all but once when I add my domain.

the problems are not continuous, they last for some 30 minutes to 1 hour and then everything is normal

i believe it is down again. I just got told my site wont load so i checked and it doesn't none of it including cpanel

Yes, the server was down for around 15 minutes when you had made this post.

The server has been fine ever since then.

Yeah, same here. But no idea to complain. I'm sure that he's trying to get it up as soon as possible.
