I dont really c the difference between all those domains. But if i really had to choose i would have chosen for .com cause it's the most popular 1.

I would say .com cos it is always the first choice. I looks more pro and also because it is harder to get one, so if your business or your forum has a .com people will look at in with better attitude ^_^

People usually type in .com, then try everything else when that doesn't work. So .com is the best for most cases.
