I use forums!
My favorite is VBullettin, but I've not money at all, so I always use Phpbb and sometimes the free version of IPB!

I always tried to use forums in previous sites. I don't use them as much anymore because unless it is a website that has an interesting community, it really shows the inactivity or the indifference of a lot of hte visitors, and I don't blame them sometimes given the topics.

I used both phpBB and vBulletin. I think both of them are nice, it depends on your preference.

well I prefer E107 becasue of its user frendly abilities. But If i had to pick another one then it would be the IPB. I used to have one with 150 mods on it.
