I think Ace-FTP is the best I think it is the fastest and easy

Thats the only programme that I'm using now to access my host ftp and its size about 3 MB don't take much time to download .

That programme is used for uploading your own files to your host , but this programme is used only at sites that ftp access is allowed in .
