Has my website been hacked

I have a little problem with my website, i uploaded my website and i find out the next day that my index page redirects to another website with my domain name (golether-ng dot co dot cc/index dot htm) still intact, i had to rename it to index.htm and deleted to html file and now i see my logo been changed to ginger bread logo which is suppose to be golesther engineering logo, am tired, please i need your help here, i have checked my files and everything is perfect. what could be happening.
My domain name is not expiring, i have changed host and its still the same
please update my on how to overcome this.
i dont have any file named index.html but when i check it it redirects to another site. please i need a solution, am concerned about my LOGO coming up
