why always make a post the bot next to me and also have publicity
why a post have publicity, is a spam forum?

I was wondering that as well actually
After the last post of every page there is always a bot post - is it something to do with the points system?

That is an automatically inserted advertising post. Afterall, the advertising is the thing that supports all the revenue for the free hosting service being provided here.

Oooo.. cool and thats how you get the free hosting that way... kind of annoying seeing those bots on EVERY page but I got used to it after a while though. Good btw SHadmin on the templates. Hope you get more different kinds too.

I think the bot posts have been removed. Can't be sure but I haven't seen one for ages.
