If you're thinking about upgrading your RAM but have little or no clue about what your computer needs, I suggest visiting the site listed below.
Figure out what you need by simply using drop down menu's and you can find out EXACTLY what you need and/or don't need..

Crucial look like a very good and trustworthy site. They have basically every computer on the list.

if your looking for performance ram and not value ram,
ocz ram is the way to go.

i would recommend ocz ram as well, they have really low latency timing.

Crucial, corsair, OCZ, etc. They are my recommendations.

My motherboard is from '03 so I'm stuck with DDR1 - 400 RAM
